What are Pre-Sprouted Activated Barley & Barley Grass? Because high levels of vitamins and minerals are found in green barley leaves, barley grass has one of the highest natural levels of enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase). This is a known and powerful antioxidant that targets the main culprit in aging by protecting cells against toxins. It also contains chlorophyll, which is a natural detoxifier that removes stored toxins from the intestines.
Pre-sprouted barley uses natural active enzymes and nutrients in barley grain, just before sprouting. This stage provides access to a variety of vitamins, amino acids, minerals and fatty acids.
What is Wheat Grass? Considered to be a superfood, Wheat Grass is full of chlorophyll, which is a known antioxidant. One pound of fresh wheatgrass is the equal to the nutritional value of 23 pounds of fresh garden vegetables. Wheat grass offers such a high nutritional value, that it is considered to be a superfood, with an assortment of vitamins & minerals. Full of dietary fibre and plant-based protein, which increases natural enzymes.
What is Quinoa? Quinoa is a grain full of protein and supports presprouted barley and wheatgrass with amino acids.=
What is Alfalfa? Vitamin & mineral-rich, Alfalfa contains 10x more mineral value than an average grain. Full of chlorophyll, a natural anti-oxidant, as well as 8 essential enzymes.
What are Seagreens® Ascophyllum? Commonly known as kelp, Seagreens ® Ascophyllum are indigenous to the Scottish Outer Hebrides. Known for having the highest iodine levels, as well as being rich in macro-nutrients such as phosphorous, potassium, calcium and more.
What is Chlorella? Chlorella is a single-cell marine algae that is edible, containing chlorophyll, B12 and beta-carotene. Additonally, Chlorella is also composed of polyunsaturated fatty acids and 19 amino acids.
What is Nettle Leaf? Naturally high in chlorophyll, which is a powerful phyto-chemical – as well as Vitamin C, acetyl-choline, serotonin, histamine and other useful minerals such as calcium, iron and silica.
What is Açai Berry? Açai (ahh-sah-ee) is a berry grown in Central and South America that is rich in healthy fats, minerals, vitamins and other nutrients. Full of polyphenols and flavonoids.
What are Bilberries? Bilberries are known to Eurasia, in low-growing shrubs. They bear edible, dark, nearly black berries. Bilberries are different from blueberries but are very similar to them.
What is Lemon Peel? Lemon Peel is full of useful nutrients, vitamins and minerals. In addition to antioxidants, flavonoids, and flavonoids, Lemon Peel is full of dietary fibre. What is Beetroot? Beetroot is the taproot portion of a beet plant that is a source of dietary fibre, manganese, Vitamin B9, potassium, iron and Vitamin C. Beetroot is also a source of betaine and inorganic nitrates.
What are Carrots? A great source of nutrients such as thiamine, folate, niacin and Vitamin B6, Carrots are a good source of dietary fibre, as well as Vitamins A, C and K. Essential for maintaining good eye health, reproductive health and growth and development.
What are Tomatoes? Filled with a rich concentration of lycopene, tomatoes are recognised for their high antioxidant content. An important connection has been discovered between lycopene and bone health.
What is Kale? Kale is a food full of luteins, a carotenoid nutrient. Lutein is known for its usefulness in eye health, its ability to protect the eye from damange by light or oxygen.
What is Parsley? A bright, leafy green – Parsley is a widely cultivated herb rich in Vitamins A,C,E, folic acid, iron, flavonoids, chlorophyll and more.
What is Green Cabbage? Cabbage was one of two vegetable types that is found to help prevent type 2 diabetes. There are nearly 20 flavonoids and 15 phenols in cabbage.
What is Spinach Leaf? Another edible flowering plant found in Central & Western Asia. Full of vitamins A, B2, B6, B9, C, E and K – as well as lutein, manganese, betaine, magnesium, iron, calcium, folic acid, copper and more. Additionally, opiod peptides called rubiscolins have also been found in spinach leaves.
What is Flaxseed? Flaxseed contains lignans, phytonutrients, that are fibre-related polyphenols full of antioxidant benefits. They are commonly associated with helping to prevent cardiovascular disease and decreased insulin resistance.
What is Turmeric? Turmeric is a perennial plant, a spice containing dietary fibre, oils, minerals and vitamins.

Mix 1½ heaped scoops (15g) into water, fruit or vegetable juice, soya milk etc. Add fresh fruits and blend into an organic foods and vitamin boosting smoothie. Use 1 to 3 times per day, or as required.
