Returns
1) We do not accept returns for refunds. However, we will obviously exchange damaged, faulty or incorrectly posted items.
2) If you have received damaged, faulty or incorrectly posted items. Please contact us by email. sales@nutribrio.co.uk
3) If a parcel is returned to our dispatch unit due to non-collection, we will notify you - you can choose to be refunded (less the shipping costs) or have the parcel shipped again (you will have to pay the shipping costs again).
